We arrived in Denver last night and after checking into our hotel we went out for a quick bite. Denver is a beautiful modern city even with the terrible snowy roads. After speaking with some locals, they said that Denver is even better in the summer. Temperature lows seem to be following us. Today it was a high of 7 degrees on the mountain. Because of the cold weather many people opted out of skiing, but we were not about to let a little cold weather stop our Colorado Skiing. Once we got out there it wasn't bad at all and we ended up skiing all day. This was by far the most amazing skiing experience we've ever had. Not only were the views spectacular the conditions were perfection. A single run in Colorado was like 3 runs at Okemo in Vermont!
We are off to go enjoy the local shops and restaurants in the Breckenridge Village and then later tonight we will be relaxing in one of the four hot-tubs outside (don't be too jealous, its -12 tonight).

Been to Breckinridge with Lucy & Jim Arial. the views around are so beautiful! enjoy! PS. there are some outdoor natural warm springs around there, but I don't remember where! And what about Pike's Peak??? so magnificent!
